Call For Abstracts
From ISARP Conference Chairs Cécile Chenivesse and Elke Vlemincx
We would like to kindly remind you that the deadline for abstract submission is July 2nd, 2017.
Dear ISARP members
Have you marked the dates of September 15-17 in your calendar for the ISARP 2017 conference in Lille, France? If you are not convinced yet, more information on the conference location, hotel accommodation and invited speakers can be found here.
We are looking forward to prepare an exciting conference program, so we would happily receive your abstracts.
Please submit an abstract including title, authors, institutional affiliations and locations, and contact information of the principal author. Abstracts should be in English, no longer than 300 words and structured into: background, methods, results, and discussion.
Abstracts should be sent as unformatted MS Word document, without hard returns, 12 point text, Times New Roman. Abstracts should not include tables, diagrams or special characters. Abstracts not including results cannot be accepted. Please provide two keywords for your submission and indicate your preference to present as an oral communication or a poster.
If you are a student presenting the abstract, please indicate this in the abstract submission. We will continue the student-mentor match program. This program is a unique opportunity for students to discuss their work more informally with a mentor other than their supervisor, and, in addition, an interesting networking possibility. Students will be paired with a senior ISARP member who will review the student’s presentation and provide feedback and mentorship. If you are a senior ISARP member willing to participate in the student-mentor match program, you can indicate this in your abstract submission as well. The program coordinator, Thomas Janssens, will contact students and mentors to propose matches upon acceptance of abstracts.
Please email your abstract submission to email@example.com no later than July 2nd, 2017. Accepted abstracts will be published in Biological Psychology. Please also download the attached disclosure form, and attach the completed and signed form as a pdf to your abstract submission.
