Submission of Abstracts
Please submit your abstracts for papers, posters, and symposia by July 1st, 2015 to Thomas Janssens, firstname.lastname@example.org. For questions and further information, please feel free to contact us by email.
Abstracts should include title, authors, institutional affiliations and locations, and contact information of the principal author. The abstract text must be in English, no longer than 250 words, and structured into: background, methods, results, and discussion.
Please send abstracts as unformatted MS Word document, without hard returns, 12 point text, Times New Roman. Abstracts should not include tables, diagrams or special characters. Abstracts not including results cannot be accepted. Please provide two keywords for your submission and indicate your preference to present as an oral communication or a poster.
If you are a student presenting the abstract, please indicate this in the abstract submission. We will continue our successful student-mentor match program. Students will be paired with a senior ISARP member who will review the student's presentation and provide feedback and mentorship. This program is a unique opportunity for students to discuss their work more informally with a mentor other than their supervisor. It also provides additional interesting networking possibilities for students and mentors. If you are a senior ISARP member willing to participate in the student-mentor match program, you can indicate this in your abstract submission. Elke Vlemincx, PhD, the ISARP trainee representative, will contact students and mentors to propose matches upon acceptance of abstracts.
In the past, accepted abstracts have been published in Biological Psychology. Please also download the attached disclosure form, and attach the completed and signed form as a pdf to your abstract submission email to email@example.com.
