I am excited to announce that the ISARP dinner will take place on Saturday, September 28, at the restaurant Julia and Elias. The restaurant is located in a historic venue in the heart of Leuven and tells the story of Julia and Elias, a young couple during World War I. Julia and Elias is managed by Hans Meus, the brother of a famous TV-cook in Belgium. The food is based on original Belgian recipes found in a small notebook dating from the era of Julia and Elias. The menu will be 3 courses (appetizers, entree and dessert) and $77 (all beverages included).
In addition, I would like to remind you that the welcome reception on Friday, September 27, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, will take place at the conference venue: The Leuven Institute for Ireland in Europe.
In addition to the welcome reception and the conference dinner, there will be a surprise treat on Sunday, September 29, following the symposia, which will be worthwhile to postpone your travel back until Monday!
